Chau Chak Wing Museum Ground Breaking Ceremony, the University of Sydney

Marking the commencement of construction for the University of Sydney’s

Chau Chak Wing Museum, this event commenced with a traditional Aboriginal welcome

and smoking ceremony of the site and all the guests on 22 June 2018.

Dr. Chau Chak Wing has supported the University in its vision to bring this museum to reality.

The Museum will be the focal point of the University’s ‘cultural precinct’.
